"She steadied her bike and took a few moments to soak up the atmosphere of the place. The rustling of the freshly grown leaves felt as if the trees were whispering a soft “welcome back”, grateful that she is there to keep them company again. The birds chirped happily, sharing her excitement of the start of the season. A bumblebee buzzed by, leading her gaze around the gorgeous view consisting of flowers of all shapes and colors. The breeze caressed her cheek, showing her that she is always welcome here. She felt at home.

Opening her backpack with excitement, she grabbed the first book from the hefty stack she brought, determined to read as much of it as she can before she has to return home. She tested the hammock to see whether it survived the harsh winter, but it was reliable and she knew it would never let her fall. She happily laid in it, took a deep breath, and opened the first page. At last, she could yet again have her little escape from everyday life, her afternoons that were just for her, and the heroines in the stories. Spring was here again, and everything felt perfect."
